Hello, my name is Brian Klinger and I offer private music lessons to the Pickerington and Grove City areas around Columbus, Ohio.

I love teaching private lessons to all ages. I am a very patient teacher, and thrive on seeing my students succeed! I have many different approaches to teaching that fit the many different personalities of the people I teach.

I received a degree in music education from Indiana Wesleyan University in 1996. I have been performing for over 20 years, taught music to 3rd - 12th graders for the past 13 years, and I have led music in church for the past 6 years.

I can teach any instrument, and I am particularly proficient at teaching guitar and band instruments, including flute, clarinet, saxophone, trumpet, horn, trombone, baritone, tuba, and percussion (drums). I will be happy to supplement what is already being taught at school, or I can teach from scratch, or I can help you improve on the skills you already possess.

My lessons are $15 for a half hour and $25 for an hour. I teach lessons from my home in Pickerington or from the school where I teach in Galloway (Cypress Wesleyan Church). If you would feel more comfortable learning from your home or somewhere else, I am willing to discuss that possibility.
